1. Sportsmanship & Fair Play

Tennis is a sport of honor and mutual respect. Players are expected to call balls on their side of the net fairly and give their opponent the benefit of any close or doubtful call. Unsportsmanlike conduct, racquet abuse, or abusive language will result in account suspension.

2. Punctuality & Cancellation Courtesy

Court time is precious. Players should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled hit times. If you must reschedule or cancel, notify your partner via Game Day Chat at least 4 hours in advance so they can coordinate an alternate hitting partner.

3. Ball Quality & Preparation

For competitive matches, the submitting player is encouraged to bring a fresh, pressurized can of tennis balls (e.g. Wilson US Open, Penn Championship, or Dunlop ATP). For practice sessions, players should coordinate in chat on ball and hopper equipment.

4. Prompt Score Verification & Honest Disputes

When an opponent logs a match result, please review and verify it within 24 hours. If a score was submitted in error (e.g. inverted sets or incorrect winner), use the ❌ Dispute button under the chat with a polite explanation so it can be re-recorded accurately.

🔒 Security Safeguards & Data Governance

All account credentials are protected using industry-standard secure password hashing and encryption. Direct and group chat messages are transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS encryption. We retain match data only as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal identifying records are permanently purged.
